Over the next 12 months, I will be competing in some massive events, which are listed below. My overall goal is to spread awareness for mental health whilst raising vital funds for Chance For Childhood, a charity very close to my heart.

Saturday 21st Sep - Wales Team Backyard Ultra (TBC) ✅️

Saturday 5th Oct - Glasgow to Edingburgh 50 Miles✅️

Saturday 14th Dec - Dare Valley Celtic Ultra

But running the MDS as always been a dream of mine since I started running a few years ago. Because I suffered with drug addiction and mental health issues I've always wanted to push myself to limits people only dream of and racing across the Sahara desert is one of them.

I also want to show others that no matter what they've done or where they come from that anything is possible.

It's my pleasure and pride to run it for such a worthy cause because no child should suffer and I believe given half a chance these children can also follow their dreams.

Almost half the worlds children live in extreme poverty. We are helping to change this by delivering education, health, livelihoods and Child Rights projects that benefit thousands of children and families each year.

Everything we do is for the benefit of today's children and tomorrows parents, supporting present and future generations to achieve long-term change. We know it will take time.
