My name is Mia, and I'm 12. Last year, my 5 year old cousin, India, lost her hair, then her life, fighting cancer. I wanted to do something to commemorate her short, but awesome life, and have decided to shave my head and donate my hair to The Little Princess Trust.

They are a charity that provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions.

They are also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Each wig costs £700 to produce, and my hope is to raise enough money to make at least two wigs. I would really appreciate your generous donations to a brilliant cause. XXX
