On the 18th April 2026, I’ll be doing a skydive to raise money for the amazing charity, The Pink Place.

Their aim is to combat the impact on women’s mental health, anxiety & isolation due to a cancer diagnosis. Sadly, there are no NHS funds available for the holistic & wellbeing element of a cancer patient's treatment. It’s well documented that this can form an integral part of their recovery, treating the whole person & not just the disease itself.

I’ve chosen this charity due to obvious reasons. My amazing mum, Sarah, the woman we all know and love, has been so incredibly positive through this difficult time which has shown me just how vital mental health support is when facing cancer. Cancer is just as much of a mental battle than a physical one. I want to help her and women going through similar experiences get the care and support they deserve. I have to raise £500 in order to cover the cost of the jump, but I'd love to absolutely smash that target and raise even more to support this great cause."
