Hi friends, family, colleagues, and any others,

On the first weekend of October, Hammo and I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon. We’ve been meaning to do this for a while, but have finally decided 2023 is our year.. so get ready for the Dad-Daughter running duo you never knew you needed.

We will be running in aid of Shelter, a charity battling the homelessness epidemic across the U.K. Over 10,000 people in the UK are currently sleeping rough, an increase of 20% on the previous year. With the current and ongoing cost of living crisis, they have found that almost 1/3 people in the U.K. are being affected by the Housing Emergency. With in-person and online services to support those most at risk, Shelter are doing amazing work and we are so proud to be supporting them.
