Story
On September the 25th 2024 I sadly lost my beautiful sister at the age off 21. Faith suffered from epilepsy from the age of 13, she suffered from generalized epilepsy which involves widespread area of the brain. Generalized epilepsy is seizures that have no apparent cause or warning signs. On the 19th April 2025 I’m doing a skydive in memory of my sister, this was one of Faiths goals but she couldn’t ever achieve this due to epilepsy.
Epilepsy is a common health condition, that too many people know nothing about. Most people see epilepsy as an inconvenience. Flashing lights and falling over. Not an unpredictable and potentially fatal condition.
Epilepsy Action is creating a world without limits for everyone affected by epilepsy, connecting people with others, and providing support and information you can trust. We’re calling out the misunderstanding, prejudice and barriers that stop people with epilepsy living their best life.
Epilepsy says stop. We say go.
