In April 2026, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a cause very close to my heart and my family’s.

Last year, my beautiful boy Bear was diagnosed with cancer. Without the help and support of the RVC, Bear wouldn’t be here today. Sadly, we have recently discovered further tumours, and we have made the difficult decision not to pursue treatment, instead choosing to let him live the rest of his life happy, comfortable, and content.

Even though there is nothing more we can do medically, without the RVC we wouldn’t have the knowledge, support, or time we’ve been given with Bear. That is why I’m running this half marathon to help other animals who can receive the treatment they need and deserve.
