In honour of my beautiful papa (grandad), Kevin Murphy, who passed away earlier this year after living with dementia in the last years of his life, I will be doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on Saturday 26th September. Papa was an avid walker/hiker all of his life, and a Yorkshire-man through-and-through, so walking in his honour across the peaks of Yorkshire feels like a fitting tribute.

In his memory, I would love to raise money for Inspire North whose work provides life-changing support to people across Yorkshire and the North East. The support they provide spans mental health issues; homelessness; domestic abuse; dementia; and resettlement - issues which sit close to my own heart and lived experience as well as my papa's.
