Miad Healthcare is pleased to be raising money for SANE this year. Founded in 1986, SANE is a leading UK mental health charity improving quality of life for anyone affected by mental illness.

SANE’s vision is to help create a world in which there is no shame or blame surrounding mental illness, which it believes needs to be recognised as one of the greatest challenges facing society and must be treated with the same seriousness as physical health conditions

We are running an ‘April Million step challenge’ to try and help in any way we can.

Below are three ways in which donations can be used to help SANE beneficiaries:

£10 – could answer a call from someone in crisis, providing understanding, compassion and guidance.

£25 – could help fund an hour of personalised ongoing support for someone isolated and vulnerable.

£50 – could help to train a new volunteer – equipping them with the skills needed to provide high quality support.
