On 9-12th June, I’ll be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge with my colleagues, climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon. I'll also be walking the Northumberland coast on the 22nd May. I'm doing this to raise money for Breast Cancer Now.
I’m dedicating this challenge to Angie, a dearly loved family member whose life was cut far too short by breast cancer last year. I’m doing this in her memory and to help others facing the same heartbreaking journey, and to support a future where fewer lives are lost to this disease.
Breast Cancer Now is the UK’s leading breast cancer charity, combining world-class research with life-changing support.
Their goal is bold but vital: by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live – and live well. But to get there, they need help now.
