We have entered into the competitive gym and fitness sport of Hyrox to raise money for Macmillan, the Cancer Support Charity. Starting on October 25th we will be competing at numerous events during 2024 and 2025 across the UK and Ireland.

💚This father and daughter team, 65 years and forever 21 respectively, are being trained by the very capable Personal Trainer (PT) Abi Daniels of Fitness Focus Gym Clavering.

💚Here's the truth, during our lifetime we will all know someone who has been diagnosed with cancer. We have both provided support to a close family member and Michael valued the written literature published by Macmillan which helped him make sense of emotions, providing guidance and the assurance he did not need to be alone (Michael just chose to be ..... which is no shock to those who know him ....).
