On Saturday 28th June 2025, I will be facing my fear of heights by taking part in a sponsored abseil down Portsmouth’s iconic Spinnaker Tower.

The funds I raise will go directly to George's Rockstars, a wonderful charity that funds music therapy for children in hospital.

Now, for those who know me well, you’ll be aware that I’m not exactly a fan of heights, so I’m really hoping you’ll consider donating. Not only will your generous contributions go towards a fantastic cause, but you'll also get the added bonus of watching me, undoubtedly petrified, dangling from a rope and probably screaming the whole way down!
