Deaf Action is a charity which has been a great support to my close friend Sam and her family for a long time now. Niamdh, Sam's daughter has lived her life as an inspiration in dealing with the difficulties that have presented themselves to her. Sam, Niamdh and their family are all very thankful to the support given to them from Deaf Action and feel they have made a huge difference in their lives with their support.

I really wanted to do something for this charity which has been such a comfort to my friend and her family. A way to show appreciation for them and the great work that they do not only for Sam, Niamdh and their family, but for everyone who counts on their support.

This was why I walked the Fife Coastal Path in 3days from Friday 19th April to Sunday 21st April and camped along the way. My route was as follows:

Day 1: Kincardine to Silberburn campsite (46.5miles)

Day 2: Silberburn campsite to Tentsmuir Forest (48.69miles)

Day 3: Tentsmuir Forest to Newburgh (22.5miles)

It was a great adventure and I was exhausted afterwards having walked 118miles in 3days.
