On Friday the 9th of May, I will be taking part in the sixth addition of the UoP Staff vs Students Charity Football Match. This will be the 4th time I have represented the Staff team and I am hoping it will be a case of 4th time lucky for me and I get to experience a victory on Fratton Park's hallowed turf.

More importantly, this event is raising money for two fantastic charities. The Student team will be raising money for Pompey in the Community, while the Staff team will be raising money for the Portsmouth Futures Fund. The fund provides help and support to those students who are in financial difficulty and are unable to meet basic living costs or students that have experienced unforeseen events or a change in their financial situation.
