7th June - Ride 4 = Virtual ride around Coniston = 10 miles / 16km (31 mins)
8th June - Ride 5 - Canal ride to Red Rock = 11.4 miles / 18km
9th June - Ride 6 - Virtual ride around Lake Coniston = 12 miles / 19.3 km
10th June - Ride 7 - Ride to Coppull = 11.8 miles / 19km
11th June - Ride 8 - Ride around Standish = 4.1 miles / 6.6km (Short ride due to chain jamming)
13th June - Ride 9 - Red Rock to Shevington to Standish = 13.2 miles / 21.2km
