Story
In September I will be taking on 40tude's Slovenia Cycle Challenge, riding up to 482km in just 3½ days, with significant climbs every day.
40tude funds research into the early detection and treatment of colon (bowel) cancer. It is the number one cancer killer of non-smokers in the UK, but it is one of the easiest cancers to treat if it is detected early. 40tude also aims to raise awareness of the importance of getting tested regularly for this treatable cancer, ideally from your mid-40s.
If you can make a donation it would be hugely appreciated.
I should add that I have funded the trip costs myself, as have the other riders, so all donations will go to 40tude.
Thank you for your support.
UPDATE:
Due to the UK Air Traffic Control failure the trip was disrupted. Greg and others were still able to get to Slovenia. Michael and a number of others were not. Instead, Michael and others road nearly 400 km in the UK, with 4000 metres of climbing. Hopefully that still feels like it warrants support. If not let me know.
