I am raising money for a charity called Dads Unlimited. They support fathers who are currently separated from their children during a relationship/marriage break-up. Having recently gone through this myself, it is the most worrying, stressful time, where you feel completely lost and have no idea what to do, or who to speak to. It's very important that any father in this situation has someone to call for help or advice.

I will be cycling the Devon Coast to Coast Itinerary which is 99 miles, and starts in Plymouth and finishes in Ilfracombe. I have not rode a bike properly since leaving school, which was 22 years ago, so this will be a good challenge to get fit and complete. The date I will be doing this challenge is 19th July 2023.
