I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation specifically for cardiac rehabilitation and for cardiac research and on behalf of the 65 red bench recipients, I'd be grateful for your support.
As of today i'm at bench number 39 of 65 - over half way.
The 65 British Heart Foundation “in living memory” benches are about survival and positivity it coincides with its 65th anniversary. Each red bench has a unique story. I've now met some of the bench recipients and their stories are moving, inspiring and positive.
Have a look at the Google map link provided in the comments, there’s probably a bench close by you!

As the challenge has developed, i've been accompanied by others, meeting up with friends and family and joining up with fellow motorcyclists on the way 😊
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but still every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures.
Thanks!
