Hi, my name is Michael, I’m afraid of heights and I'm taking on an exciting challenge to support an incredible cause!
On Saturday 13th July I will be abseiling 170ft down the Trafford Palazzo (formerly Barton Square, next to the Trafford Centre), to raise funds for Contact Hostel.
Contact is a Manchester based charity that provides shelter, support, and a new beginning for young women facing homelessness.

Contact provides so much more than accommodation. They empower young women to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. Every donation helps provide essential services such as safe accommodation and meals, as well as support into permanent housing, training, education and employment.
By supporting my abseil, you're not only encouraging me to take on this thrilling adventure but also making a real difference in the lives of those who need it most. No contribution is too small, and every penny goes directly to helping those in need.
