I think everyone knows someone or has personally battled with mental health difficulties at some point in their life, that’s why myself and two of my work colleagues have decided to do a skydive to raise money for the charity Tough to Talk.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated and 100% of the money will be given to the charity.
