Story
I am running the London Marathon to raise money for Andy’s Man Club, a charity that provides free, peer-to-peer support groups for men across the UK. Their work is incredible and I am honoured to personally support and help the charity.
Locally here in the North West and Liverpool area, male suicide rates historically sit above the national average, reflecting the deep need for community-based support and connection. Andy’s Man Club meets weekly here and across the UK to offer a judgment-free space where men can simply talk, listen, or just be present — no pressure, no labels.
Andy’s Man Club creates safe, non-judgemental spaces where men can talk openly, feel listened to, and support one another. With clubs meeting weekly and no referral needed, they play a vital role in tackling stigma around mental health and encouraging men to seek support when they need it.
By taking on the challenge of the marathon, I hope to raise funds to help Andy’s Man Club continue their life-changing work and reach even more men in communities nationwide. Any support, big or small, is hugely appreciated.
It’s okay to talk 👌🏻
