After watching my dear Mum waste away from this awful disease, I hate the idea of people going through the same pain as my family did. Talking to her, while she layed in bed staring at the wall not knowing if she could hear or understand what you were saying was heartbreaking.

In 2017 I did the London to Paris Bike Ride to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society, and now it time to do something else.

So it’s time to try and help again and I have just signed up to ride from Lands End to John O’Groats in September 2024.
