Hi everyone

You may have seen me raise money for ‘men and their emotions’ charity a few months ago by carrying a fridge up mount snowdon. I’m now going to run the great south run with it on my back!

Men and their emotions support men in crisis by providing dry houses and paying for counselling.

They literally save men from suicide.
