On 31 May 2026, I’ll be singing with Côr Meibion De Cymru (The South Wales Male Choir) as we take on the 10 Bandstands Challenge to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Society.

In a single day, we will perform 10 short concerts across South Wales, starting at 7:00 am in Milford Haven and travelling east through Tenby, Carmarthen, Kidwelly, Llandeilo, Neath, Barry Island, Penarth and Newport, before finishing at Victoria Park, Cardiff. It will be a long day — but one filled with music, commitment and purpose.

Alzheimer’s Society is a charity close to my heart. Dementia impacts so many individuals and families, and the support they provide — from expert advice to emotional help and vital research — makes a real difference to people’s lives.

The choir is aiming to raise £5,000, and I am personally hoping to raise £250 to help contribute to that total.
