Since 2010 Jamie and I have taken part in Bristol 10K runs for Cancer Research.

We are running together on the 10th May in the Bristol Great Run 10K for North West Cancer Research (NWCR).

We set off together and then I soon wave him cheerio as we travel at a different pace especially as I am now in my 80th year!

It is particularly poignant this year as we lost a good friend Lin to ovarian cancer last summer. She always sponsored us.
