¡Hola a todos! Como muchos ya sabéis, el 27 de abril correremos la media maratón en Madrid por una causa que nos mueve de verdad. Estamos recaudando fondos para CALM, una organización en Reino Unido que apoya la salud mental y trabaja para prevenir el suicidio. Cada paso que demos será por una buena causa, y cada donación cuenta: con solo £12.20 se puede financiar una llamada que podría salvar una vida. On the 27th of April, Marta, Annie, Michael and Becca will be taking part in the Zurich Rock n' Roll Running Series in Madrid. Annie and Marta will be running the half marathon and Michael and Becca will be running the marathon distance.

We will be raising money for CALM, a fantastic charity dedicated to preventing suicide and supporting mental well-being. They provide a free, confidential helpline and webchat for anyone struggling, and they work to challenge stigma and promote awareness around mental health. Despite working around the clock, they can unfortunately only answer 53% of the calls they receive.

Even better, Appian will also be adding contributions in support!
