Competitors and press from all over the world are warming up to join in the fun on Sunday 4th May at the 2025 Maldon Mud Race, Promenade Park.

My kids have asked me to do this for years, after running Race for Life last year I promised my kids this is the year. To enter the mud race you have to donate to a charity involved in the race and can add a second of your choice. I have chosen Essex and Herts Air Ambulance which is a big charity for the race. My choice to raise funds for is The Anderson Foundation. The Anderson Foundation supports Helen Rollason Cancer, helped fund neonatal ventilator for the great Western Hospital in Swindon, raises money for “Boxers Barbers for Ukraine” and many more. I would really appreciate the help reaching my target so I can ache for days knowing I’ve made a difference.
