I am raising money for Essex Disabled Sports Foundation by competing in the the Marathon de Sables which is known as the toughest footrace on Earth. It starts on the 5th April and finishes on the 11th, after which i will be running the London Marathon on 26th April.

The charity has facilitated sporting events for disabled children over many years. I have experienced just how much of an amazing difference these events make to the lives of the children involved.
