OK so it is that time of year again, Mike’s Mad June Cycling Event to raise money for a great cause AMR. Please support them and help motivate me to get up the nearly 8000m of ascent and 500km over 3.5 days (yes I am not the only one bonkers, there are another 70 odd people of do this for fun 🤯).
