Story
On the 28 September, I will be taking on the Traws Eryri mountain bike route. It’s a massive challenge - 220 miles of brutal off-road cycling from the mid Wales Cambrian Mountains across Snowdonia to Llandudno. It’s remote and sparsely populated with very little services or amenities. To make matters worse there is over 5000m of ascent, it’s going to be cold, wet, muddy and painful.
This challenge will definitely push me to the limits and I am doing this for a cause that I am very passionate about. I am riding in support of Alzheimer's Society because I want to help ensure that everyone affected by dementia can find the guidance, compassion, and understanding they need.
Dementia touches so many lives, including my own family and the need for support is real every single day. Please join me in standing with Alzheimer's Society and help make a meaningful difference for people living with dementia and the people who care for them.
I am aiming to raise £1,000, and I would be so grateful if you could support my challenge with a donation. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps move us closer to a kinder, more hopeful future.
