Story
It’s that time of year again, when I dust off my courage and take on another challenge to raise money for the incredible Wirral Hospice St. John’s.
As many of you know, supporting the hospice has become something very close to our heart. Every year, I try to do something a little different to raise funds for this amazing place that means so much to me and my family.
On the 23rd August I’ll be stepping over the edge and abseiling down Liverpool football stadium! It’s another challenge to add to the list after abseiling down Liverpool Cathedral and completing a 13.500 foot sky dive.
I do this in loving memory of my wonderful husband, Kevin Armstrong. The care, compassion and dignity that Kevin received from everyone at Wirral Hospice St. John’s was beyond anything we could have hoped for. They didn’t just care for Kevin they cared for all of us as a family during the most difficult time in our lives. For that, we will be eternally grateful.
Every penny raised helps the hospice continue providing the outstanding care and support that so many local families rely on when they need it most. If you’re able to make a donation, no matter how big or small, we would be so grateful. If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing our fundraising page would mean the world and would help us reach even more people.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your continued kindness, generosity and support. Together, we can help ensure that Wirral Hospice St. John’s can continue the incredible work they do for families just like ours.
With love and heartfelt thanks,
In memory of Kevin Armstrong ♥️
