Story
Frankie has been growing his hair for three years and recently decided to take the big chop to donate his hair to the Little Princess Trust.
Cancer has sadly touched our lives as it has many others. In 2019 we said goodbye to his Aunty Helen who bravely battled cancer with a courage and humour that I do not believe could ever be matched. Since then, others we love have also bravely battled and continue to do so. In Frank’s own words “People who love their hair and lose it must be devastated. I want to make them a little bit happier if I can.”
I’m really proud of this young man and would like to help him to achieve his goal. It costs £700 for the Little Princess Trust to make a wig, so we would like to raise the money to go along with his hair to help the charity to make someone “a little bit happier, if we can.”
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
