We are taking part in Race Across Pendle on 3rd–4th July to raise money for Pendleside Hospice, and we would be incredibly grateful for your support.

Pendleside has recently provided care and support for a close member of our family during a very difficult time. The compassion, dignity and kindness they showed meant so much to us, and we would love to give something back to help them continue the amazing work they do for others in our community.

Pendleside Hospice exists to promote and enhance the quality of life for people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as supporting their families and carers. They provide specialist, holistic palliative care that looks after not just physical needs, but also emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.

It costs around £6.4 million each year to run Pendleside Hospice, and they receive only about 20% of this from government funding, meaning they rely heavily on donations and fundraising from supporters.

By taking part in Race Across Pendle, we hope to raise as much as we can to support this incredible charity so they can continue caring for families when they need it most.
