Me and Big Steve Evans are both running the Cardiff half marathon on the 5th of October and are trying to raise as much money as possible towards this amazing charity which is close to both of our hearts!

The Jacob Crane foundation's mission is to increase understanding and awareness of childhood cancers, helping children and young adults up to age 25, along with their families, as they confront the challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. We are committed to not only raising awareness but also to fostering moments of joy and laughter amidst the adversity of diagnosis and treatment.
