This month marks the 10th anniversary of my dad’s passing from cancer, which feels totally insane—it seems like only yesterday that I saw and spoke to him.

As we get older, we witness more and more how cruel this disease is, and many of us have been affected one way or another, whether through family or friends.

The memories of the amazing times we had will always stay with me and live on in my heart. But it's also hard to forget the memory of the pain he had to endure.

This month, I’ve decided to take on the gruelling 370km hike across some of Scotland’s most rugged and inhospitable landscapes to complete the Cape Wrath Trail and raise funds for Cancer Research.

I’ll be aiming to set off on August 16th, and I truly appreciate any amount of support to help us one day find a cure.
