Anyone who knows me knows how much I like to bake and how much I like to feed others!

With this in mind I have decided to take part in the Nottingham Hospitals Charity Big Bake Month in February in support of Hayward House.

Hayward House Palliative Care unit is such an amazing place - I call it my happy sad place!

Nottingham Hospitals Charity helps to fund complementary therapy, additional nursing posts, specialist palliative care counselors, a full garden refurbishment to allow bed bound patients to use the garden, cinema events and arts and crafts just to name a few!

By purchasing a cake and making a donation you are helping to make patient care in Nottingham the best that it can be.

I will have my bake on most weekends with people being able to order any of the following for just £10 each:

- box of 6 mixed flavour cupcakes

- box of mixed cakes and cookies

- whole blueberry and cinnamon cake

- box of 6 jam and cream scones
