I’m taking on a charity skydive in Peterborough to raise funds for WAY (Widowed and Young) – a lifeline for people like me who’ve lost a partner far too soon.

When I found myself facing the unimaginable, WAY was there. This incredible charity connected me with others who understood the pain of young widowhood. They offered telephone support, legal advice, counselling, and a community at a time when everything felt broken.

Now, I want to give that same gift to others.

Just £30 provides a one-year WAY membership to someone newly bereaved – opening the door to friendship, support groups, and a community that truly gets it. My goal is to raise enough to sponsor as many memberships as possible, helping others find hope and connection in their darkest days.

No donation is too small – every pound brings us closer to helping someone feel less alone.
