On the 30th June it will be 5 years since our darling daughter Elsie was born sleeping and our world came crashing down. The pain and anguish of losing Elsie is indescribable and I just wish no other family had to go through it but sadly around 13 babies die shortly before, during or soon after birth every day in the UK.

To mark Elsie’s 5th anniversary, Wes and I really want to honour her memory and also help other families who are affected by baby loss by raising much needed funds.

Just before midnight on Saturday 18th May 2024 we will set off from the Welsh town of Llanberis, for a 21km, 7-8 hour hike ascending up to 1085m to the peak of Yr Wyddfa or Snowdon, under hopefully starry skies to honour our daughter Elsie.

The support and care from Sands at the most devastating time is so important and helped us get through in those early days. From memory boxes, face to face support groups, online support community, baby loss memorial tree and so much more.

Our first goal is to raise 80% of our target by 30th March so anything you can give to help this well deserved charity will be so much appreciated.
