My Rainbow Beard

The Lullaby Trust exists to keep babies safe and to keep grieving families supported. We fund life-saving research, empower families with expert baby safety advice and support grieving families through their darkest days. We won’t give up until no baby dies suddenly or unexpectedly.

Story

Hi

Many of you may have noticed I have grown a beard. It has been years since I last had one, so I was curious to see if it was all white now — no, I’ve still got the ginger gene in me.

So before shaving it off, I thought I would try and raise money for the Scottish Cot Death Trust. The reason for this is my granddaughter, Olivia, who passed away on January 13th 2011, aged 3 months.

So I will dye my beard a different colour for 6–7 days and post a photo each day. The first colour on Monday will be… sorry, you will have to wait and see.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated and can be made via the link below or can be handed in at Cunninghame House reception.

Thank You

Every week in the UK, nine babies die suddenly and unexpectedly. The Lullaby Trust's expert advice and research has empowered families for decades, saving over 30,000 babies’ lives. But we won't stop until no baby dies

suddenly or unexpectedly.

Your support will give babies a safer start to life, and support grieving families through their darkest days. Together we will be there for every baby. For every family. Forever.
