My sister and I are taking on the Kiltwalk again this year – the Mighty Stride, about 26 miles – to raise money for Beatson Cancer Charity, a charity very close to our hearts.

We’re doing this for our dad, who is living with a stage 4 brain tumour, and for our mum, who has been his biggest supporter throughout this incredibly difficult journey. Watching their strength, resilience, and love for each other has been both heartbreaking and inspiring.

This is our second year doing the Kiltwalk, and every mile we walk is for our dad, our mum, and for all families facing the reality of cancer. Beatson Cancer Charity provides vital support, comfort, and hope to people when they need it most.
