As part of my Ms GB Ayrshire journey, I would like to raise money and awareness for North Ayrshire Wonans aid. I have personally see the work / help the provide for local woman who are going through abuse and trauma… And helping us survive this. Providing emotional support and physical support to local woman.

I will be walking 23miles from Glasgow to Loch Lomond on the 26th of April, the longest I have ever walked ! And I am currently half way thru my 12 week training program.. covering a lot of miles around Ayrshire .. if all my friends & family gave even just a little it would mean the world to me & NAWA and the woman they support.. thank you Michelle
