Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with hormone receptive breast cancer. I subsequently had surgery, chemo and radiotherapy. I am also taking drugs for 10 years. The cancer treatment induced the menopause which has caused me significant issues. I have still got health problems but to date, I'm cancer free! This is thanks to the superb treatment provided by our NHS. My husband and my friends have been instrumental in my journey and continue to pick me up on the not so positive days.

One of the best therapies I undertake, especially for joint and back pain, is hydrotherapy at the Puffin Pool in Dingwall. It's a life changer, and helps so many people.
