Alan and I are running Plymouth 10k this year to raise vital money for Jeremiah’s Journey. Alan has been a trustee for the charity for the past 4 years and is proud to be a member of a very dedicated team who are trying to make a real difference to the lives of young people.

Jeremiah’s Journey is a bereavement charity providing age-appropriate therapeutic interventions for children and young people based in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. They currently support over 700 children and young people each year.

Jeremiah’s Journey believe that no child or young person should be alone in their grief, endeavouring to ensure that they can face the future with the skills necessary to continue with the ability to enjoy their lives more fully with grief being one part of their life, and not their sole focus.
