The EitC Stadium Sleepout helps raise vital funds for the charity’s Home Is Where The Heart Is programme, which is dedicated to helping those who are homeless or who are on the verge of being homeless.

Story

Supporting vulnerable young people is so important and EitC is an amazing charity that does so much for our city. I will be joining the Stadium Sleep out and raising funds to help this fantastic cause. Please donate if you can and share if you can't 💙

The EitC Stadium Sleepout helps raise vital funds for the charity’s Home Is Where The Heart Is programme, which is dedicated to helping those who are homeless or who are on the verge of being homeless.

Since launching, hundreds of supporters who have taken part in Sleepouts over the years have raised thousands of pounds towards the sustainability and development of HIWTHI, which has helped to prevent almost 100 young people from falling into homelessness to date.

EitC is asking supporters to help the charity continue to deliver the HIWTHI programme to those who need it most by taking part in a historic Sleepout at Everton’s new home on the banks of the River Mersey.

**Update 11/10/2025

The Sleepout went so well and it was great to hear from some of the young people who are being or have been supported by EitC.

Sleeping outside really brought it home to me, how vulnerable rough sleepers are. I was safe and we were all fed and watered; I have a house and bed to go home to - so many aren't that lucky. People walking past and talking really made me think about how frightening it would be to never really sleep because of constantly being on high alert.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated to my page, you are all amazing and EitC do fantastic work. Until next year!
