Four Petrified people, all afraid of heights…

With short notice, as surely it’s easier that way?

Are going to get strapped to someone who apparently knows what they’re doing … then jump out of an aeroplane. Petrified !

Why ?

To remember three incredible people who left this life too soon… leaving families behind, plans on the table, love and precious memories.

We are jumping for Nightingale House Hospice an incredible place providing care, dignity, compassion and support when families are facing some of the hardest days imaginable.

The four of us have seen first hand, the help those people & their loved ones can benefit from, when life takes a different direction and end of life care is needed. Our loved ones didn’t use Nightingale House, the nature of the endings, the personal choices & the awareness directed a different path for each.

You never really think you’ll need a hospice.

Until one day, you might.

And when that day comes, you want somewhere like Nightingale House to be there.

Gareth, Sarah & Jason left life on the table .

And perhaps that’s why this ridiculous, terrifying challenge feels so right.

Because we’re still here.

We get to be frightened, nervous,

We get to stand at the door of that plane and wonder why on earth we agreed to this.

We’re jumping for the three people who can’t.

We’re jumping for the families who have had to learn how to carry on without someone they love.

And we’re jumping for Nightingale House Hospice

So please, if you can, sponsor four absolutely petrified humans as we prepare to throw ourselves out of a perfectly functioning aeroplane. 😂🪂… we would be truly grateful and many families will experience the small differences in care that become hugely significant, from your generosity.
