I am proud to be participating in the Bespak GEAR 10K on 3rd May 2026 to support the incredible work of East Anglian Air Ambulance. This charity provides lifesaving critical care, 24/7, across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk. Whether by air or road, their dedicated team is there for the most seriously ill and injured people when every second counts.

East Anglian Air Ambulance’s specialist doctors and paramedics bring hospital-level treatment straight to the scene. From blood transfusions and pain relief to anaesthesia and emergency surgery, they give patients the best possible chance of survival. Their commitment and expertise save countless lives every day.

I am deeply grateful for their work , having seen them in action only a couple of years ago when they managed to resuscitate a parent of a child at the school after a cardiac arrest.
