The Community Services at Catholic Care hold a special place in our heart as each week the Team reach out to 500+ service users from our stay and play groups, lunch groups, friendships groups, exercise groups, knit and natter groups to our Gianna Baby Bank and Community Market/Pantry.

It is a privilege to work in the Community Team as we see first hand how a little support can go a long way! Funding over the last year has been difficult so it is with this in mind we have decided to put our running and walking shoes on! Steve is going to run the London Marathon next year and I am going to walk 20 miles between some of the groups locations we support each week.

Now most people know that Steve's a runner but he has never done a Marathon and most people will also know I drive everywhere so it's going to be quite the task!
