Story

Why I’m Raising Money ❤️

I’ve decided to step completely outside my comfort zone and take on a challenge I never imagined I’d be brave enough to do — Strictly Christmas 2026! 💃✨

There have been so many “ifs”, “buts” and “what ifs” going around in my head. What if I had signed up? Would I have regretted it if I didn’t? Would I always wonder what might have happened?

So I thought… you know what? I’m going to do it! 🙈💃

I absolutely love dancing, but I’ve never danced Latin, ballroom or even the jive — you know, the sort of dancing you used to see your mum and dad doing! 😂 So this is going to be a completely new experience for me, and definitely one that is going to push me way outside my comfort zone.

But I want to do something that makes my family and Friends proud. I want to be able to look back at this and know that, even if I fall over, forget my steps, make a complete fool of myself or have absolutely no idea what I’m doing… I gave it everything I had.

And when it’s all over, I want to be able to stand there and say:

“I DID IT!” ❤️

But there’s an even bigger reason behind me taking on this challenge.

I’ll be learning to dance with a professional dancer before taking to the dance floor in December, all to raise money for Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice — an incredible charity supporting babies and their families through some of the most difficult times imaginable.

If I’m going to be nervous, terrified and potentially embarrass myself on a dance floor, I want it to be for something that really matters. ❤️

I’ll be fundraising in lots of different ways, including sponsorships, raffles and working with local businesses to help me reach my target.

Every single donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference.

So please support me, share my page, cheer me on and help me dance my way to raising as much as possible for Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice.

This is going to be scary. It’s going to be exciting. It’s probably going to be VERY entertaining! 😂

But most importantly…

I’m going to give it my absolute everything — because I’d rather try, make a fool of myself and say “I did it” than spend the rest of my life wondering, “What if?” ❤️💃✨
