Cancer is for those diagnosed, the greatest challenge they will ever face. That's why I'm raising vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support as I train for and take part in HYROX London on Sunday 1st December.

Its a challenge that will push my endurance, strength and mindset.

HYROX is a fitness racing event, combining both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Raising funds for Macmillan will give me the drive and determination needed, knowing I am doing it for a great cause!

Rarely is a family untouched by cancer. Over the years the devastation and impact on family, friends, and loved ones has been huge.

Macmillan exists to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support. Whether through their call centre, online community, or specialist nurses providing care in hospitals, hospices and in the community - they give people with cancer everything they’ve got.

But without our help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.
