My beautiful mum recently lost her brave fight with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). She faced every challenge thrown at her with courage, proudness, grace, and love, inspiring everyone who knew her.

MND is a devastating illness that slowly takes away movement, speech, and independence, but never the strength of her spirit. Mum showed us what true resilience looks like, even in her hardest and darkest moments.

I’m raising funds in her memory by completing the Leeds marathon 2026, to help and support MND research, to assist other families affected by this disease.

Any contribution, no matter how small, means so much to us all. Sharing this page also helps keep her memory alive and spread awareness about this dreadful disease MND, so that one day, no family has to go through this heartbreak, we have all endured.
