Story
On 10 October 2026, I’ll be taking on Climb The Capital 2026 by climbing the stairwells of three of London’s tallest buildings in succession: The Cheesegrater, The Scalpel and The Walkie Talkie.
In total, I’ll be climbing 475 metres and more than 3,000 stairs.
This sporting challenge is more than a physical test for me; it is a chance to stand up for mental health and support a charity that helps break down the barriers that hold people back. Mental Health UK provides practical tools and support to help people thrive at home, at school and at work. By bringing together the experience and expertise of four charities across the UK, they are creating a stronger, more connected foundation for everyone.
I would be so grateful if you could support my fundraising journey and help me reach my goal of £300.
Every donation will make a meaningful difference and help Mental Health UK continue its vital work.
Please give what you can and join me in supporting a future where more people can get the help they need when they need it.
